We take your security seriously and inform you of any upgrades or new features that become available. Our high customer satisfaction shows our dedicated long term commitment to our customer requirements and needs.

All our maintenance engineers are fully trained and qualified to Expert Level in system diagnostics and have attended in depth manufacturer training and installation courses. We carry full replacement stocks of all systems in order to give the response times and service levels our customers expect.

We also have strong links with other Alcatel Business Partners throughout the country who offer the same commitment levels as ourselves. This complements us perfectly to offer maintenance on a National platform.

Standard Maintenance is based on

All our Telephone systems are supplied with twelve months on site maintenance and support cover as standard.
From the beginning of the second year maintenance is chargeable, with flexible packages to suit our customers needs.

Urgent Faults – 4 Hour response system failure
System Malfunction – 8 Hour response system difficulties
Minor Faults – 24 Hour response programming issues and handset problems

Many of our systems have a remote interrogation feature, which means we can log on to your network from our premises and do instant updates and upgrades.

Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm

All other service requirements can be arranged individually.

We ensure faults are recorded and resolved to our customers satisfaction, our support staff and highly skilled engineers liaise and work together to clear faults in the shortest possible time with the minimum disruption to our customers business.
