When I move to ECS, can I keep my existing number?

Yes. Your numbers will stay exactly the same with either fixed line or SIP services.

Will there be any disruption to my service?

No, It is normally a completely seamless transfer.

How long does it all take?

Give us a call and we will take care of everything for you. It should take around 14 days for the switch to take place depending on your requirements.

I have a fault on my phone lines.

Simply call our Faults Team on 01925 646300 to report your fault. One of our team will perform remote diagnostics tests and if necessary will instruct an engineer to fix the fault.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

When you choose to pay by Direct Debit, you are fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, this Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. If an error is made by us or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund.
