Our commitment to ongoing maintenance and service to our customers
is the key focus of our business.
We have dealt with many of our customers for the past 15 years.
This has only come about through dedicated long term commitment
to our customer requirements and needs.
All our maintenance engineers are fully trained and qualified
to “expert” level in system diagnostics and are full
time employees. We carry full replacement stocks of all systems
we maintain in order to give the response times and service levels
our customers expect. The obligations undertaken to our maintenance
customers demand that commitment.
We also have strong links with other Alcatel “Business
Partners” through out the country who offer the same commitment
levels as ourselves. This complements us perfectly with being
able to offer maintenance on a National platform.

4 Hr response = system failure
8 Hr response = card failure, system malfunction
16 Hr response = handset programming issue or minor fault

Service requirements for 24/7, 52 or Weekends and Bank Holidays
can be arranged individually.

The Hub of our Business, where faults are recorded and resolved
to customer and to our satisfaction, at ECS this is a vital team,
as Support staff and highly skilled engineers liaise and work
together to clear faults in the shortest possible timescales with
the minimum disruption to a customers business.
We are constantly monitoring the telecoms and data network to
keep it in peak condition. To make sure we deliver the best service
possible, sometimes it's necessary to perform regular maintenance
– as in a car you regularly service to help reduce the risk
of unexpected problems.
Clients gain a single point-of-contact for all fault reporting.
One call to our service desk is all that is required to report
any fault, we will take care of it whether the problem is traced
to the system, our network or BT’s lines.
